ANGER MANANGEMENT
According to the oxford advanced learner’s
dictionary(6th edition),Anger is the strong feeling you have when something
has happened that you think is bad and unfair.
Anger is very normal in our day to day
existence.However, when it gets out of control and leads to things like
problems at home, at places of work, in relationship with others, etc, one
needs to seek an effective means of controlling it.It is perfectly natural and
normal to get angry when you feel cheated and wronged.
Anger becomes a problem when it causes harm and
injuries to persons around you.If one has a hot temper, he may feel it’s
completely out of his hands to control and manange it.However, we need to
realize that we actually have more control over our anger than we think we
do.It is very possible to express our anger without hurting anyone.Mastering
the act of anger manangement takes work, but the more practice we do, the
easier it gets.

possible solutions.
3) Take
breaks and timeouts.
4) Try
to be as calm as possible, then express your anger.
5) Use
humour to release tension.
